These Terms of Service govern use of the Kaldreni website. Orders are also subject to our Terms of Purchase, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Website

You must use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting an order or contacting us. You may not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt website functions, transmit malicious code, or place fraudulent orders.

2. Product Listings

We aim to keep product images, descriptions, dimensions, options, and availability accurate. Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance. Review each listing for included components, installation requirements, and any stated load rating. We may correct an obvious listing error and will address an affected unfulfilled order.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized activity. We may take reasonable steps to protect customer accounts, transactions, and website operation.

4. Orders and Checkout

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected items. Payment authorization, availability, address review, and fraud prevention checks may occur before fulfillment. The applicable product price, shipping charge, and taxes collected by the store, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Installation and Use

Products should be installed and used according to their individual instructions. Wall construction, fasteners, and installation conditions can affect whether a mounting method is appropriate. Do not assume that mounting hardware or a specific load capacity applies to every product unless the listing states it.

6. Shipping and Returns

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit takes 10–20 business days after dispatch. Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Website Content and External Services

Website branding, images, text, and design may be protected by intellectual property rights. Except where law permits, you may not commercially reproduce them without permission. Checkout, payment, shipping, and other functions may involve service providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Applicable Rights and Updates

Website functions may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may update the published terms as our practices change; an update does not retroactively remove mandatory rights relating to an existing order.
