Before You Order

Send the product name or link and tell us what you would like to confirm. For a hook or shelf, it helps to include the dimensions of your space and the wall type if your question concerns mounting. Product-specific installation instructions should be followed.

For an Existing Order

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you need to correct an address or request cancellation, contact us promptly. A change may not be available after the parcel has shipped.

For a Delivery Issue

Provide your order number and any tracking information if a parcel has stopped updating, appears lost, or is marked delivered but cannot be found. We will review the available shipment details and help identify the next step.

For a Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Item

Describe the issue and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and included parts when possible. Keep the packaging until the matter is reviewed. We will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
